Health Equity Forum

Join us in person on December 16, 2024 from 3 to 4pm for the Health Equity Forum.

AACDOH is committed to increasing opportunities for everyone to achieve their best health, no matter who you are, where you live, or how much money you make. With this in mind, join AACDOH's Health Equity and Racial Justice (HERJ) Office during its monthly Health Equity Forums! Each month's forum brings together health equity champions who live, work, play, worship, or learn in Anne Arundel County for the purpose of information-sharing, idea exchange, and meaningful conversations about social drivers of health and efforts to unlock opportunity for everyone to achieve their best health.
