Join Giant and local fitness partners to find your new favorite fitness routine. Each month we’ll host a community fitness partner who will share new ways to move your body for better health, flexibility, and strength. Sessions are held live on Saturdays at 9am and are accessible any time in our Healthy Living by Giant Facebook group. You can also register and check out all the available events at this link.
